To participate as a vendor in this event a fee is required.

• Please also consider donating a basket/product to include in our raffle. If loose merchandise is donated the day of, we reserve the right to use it in future events.

• A vendor space will be assigned in the grassy area near the parking lot. 

• Vendor is responsible for providing tents, tables & chairs. 

• Vendor parking is across the street from our parking lot at Ellicott Creek Plaza, 2850-2890 Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst, NY 14228

• No electric or running water is available. 

• Restrooms located on Ellicott Island, across walk bridge from parking & vendor areas. 

•  Will make every effort to accommodate requests on a first-come first serve basis.
